The last Tai Chi class takes place on Sunday, July 7. Thereafter, we invite you to join us this summer to practice in the park on the banks of the St. Lawrence River. See our schedule below.
We look forward to seeing you at the petanque court, just east of the Verdun Natatorium. All practices are free and take place in the morning from 9:00 to 12:00 You arrive and leave at a time that suits you. In case of rain, meet under the red roof, a few minutes' walk east, opposite rue Godin.
