The fall session will follow the same schedule as the spring session: Wednesday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Sunday mornings from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Please note that I'll be away from October 4 to November 4 to take part in workshops in the UK and Norway. During this period, Yan Tousignant St-Onge will take over.  Yan is passionate about Tai Chi and has many years' experience teaching it. Some of you will know him from his participation in my classes and Philippe Gagnon's classes over the years.  

What's more, I'm excited to announce that I'll be at the CAMMAC Music Center from August 18 to 25! I'll be leading Tai Chi classes every day during the eighth week of their summer program. If you're passionate about music, consider joining us for a week showcasing the diverse rhythms and sounds of the global music scene. This year, we're going on a journey through the traditions of the Javanese, Sundanese, and Balinese peoples, featuring the gamelan and Balinese dance. Anyone with a basic knowledge of music is welcome to join us, and no experience is necessary!

Until October 20, classes are held at the petanque court next to the Verdun Natatorium. After that date, classes will be held at the Marcel-Giroux Community Center on Wednesdays and at Coop CAUS on Sundays.

This year, the autumn term is split into two sections, requiring separate registration. The first part comprises 9 classes (instead of 8) and ends on Sunday, November 3. The second part resumes immediately on Wednesday, November 6 and runs until December.
