Because I will be absent this fall and wish to have additional time to share my experience with you, I am providing a bonus workshop lasting three and a half hours to all autumn session registrants.
As many have discovered, the intensity of several hours dedicated to Taichi creates the conditions for deep inner work. We are happy to offer a time of shared experience to explore both the physical and spiritual aspects of Taichi.
The workshop is scheduled for Saturday, August 31, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM (with a break), at our usual spot : the petanque court near the Verdun Natatorium, located on Lasalle Blvd. at the intersection of Rolland.
